User still getting emails after turning notifications off?

Hi all,

Wondering if anyone has had this issue yet?
A member has been receiving email notifications for threads after switching receive emails off (both in account settings & alert settings)

Does anyone have any ideas what might be causing this?

They are probably still watching those threads. Tell them to visit this page to manage their watched threads:

http://xenforo.com/community/watched/threads/all

Or without friendly URLs:

http://xenforo.com/community/index.php?watched/threads/all

Ahhh thanks Jake, have let them know.

Annoying there is no 'select all' on that page & that the settings change doesn't remove all email notifications from threads they were previously watching?

Hmm, I think this is a bug. Yes, I'm still watching threads, but I turned off the email notification option so I should stop getting emails. I shouldn't have to stop watching the threads as well.
