XF 2.2 Threads from guests?

There is a new and very interesting forum with a good Google Ranking for some special interests
It has a message in a 72er bold Arial telling people that they should not register if they have nothing to tell/write.

What happens all the time?

Every day some people register and post nothing.

My idea is now to shut off the register function or allow it only with a code.



Solution1:
Give guests one forum to post, let a guest add 10 threads and maybe 20 posts per thread. This should be enough until we give him an account.
But, we don't have any add-on for this, right? The only way could be to have a forum for guests with write permissions? How to stop viagra, bitcoin and others?


Solution2:
Let people use the contact form and collect posts in a special forum as threads.
This is possible with an addon from Xon and one from Painbaker for the attachments.

Solution 4:
Use the normal register function and add a crown job deleting users after one day if they have 0 post.
Use the register mail to tell them: Post or die!
