When uninstalling an add-on, this generic message is displayed:

"This will remove any data created by the add-on."

Some admins might take this to mean whatever the add-on has done will be reversed. Could the warning message be updated to be more clear. For example:

"If the add-on has created any tables, they will be deleted."

Uninstalling the add-on will also delete its configuration. If you reinstall it later, you will need to set it up again.

I think that way it is even more clear.
