Taking over an existing Xenforo forum

Hi,
We are taking over the running of an existing forum and have a validation token that says that the licence is valid but can't be transferred, what do we do now?

That means it has been transferred once already (the limit) and unfortunately you will need to purchase a new (or transferable) one.

Incorrect.

It could also mean the license has expired and just needs to be renewed.

@Brian Gatenby Ask the license holder to submit a ticket regarding a transfer and we will be able to confirm.
