The built-in XenForo BB Code manager doesn't allow for permission control sadly. You could try @cclaerhout 's BB Code manager add-on, which includes an easy way to limit BB Code to only certain usergroups, but this BB Code might have to be redone to work with it.

I've written up a version which uses BB Code Manager which does the user group support bits. It would probably need to be released as a separate addon as the structure of how it is installed has changed massive.

It is running on the latest version of Xenforo.
Only thing I changed is adding FontAwsome to load and adjusted all editor buttons to use FontAwsome.

I've just tested it in Chrome on XF 1.4.5 and it works fine for me. You've probably configured something incorrectly that is interfering with the add-on... and it looks like your screenshots are two different styles, which could be the source of the issue as well.

Hello,

I have installed this add-on but I don't have any icon on the editor (see att.).
I have specified another image path under the CSS template and on the CP so in the BBcode self but no change.

The path to the image is working when I put it in my browser.

Can someone tell me what I have to do to solve this issue?

PS: I'm using Awesome icons on the editor bar.
