Solution for "No response returned from Elasticsearch. Is it running?"

Spent days on this issue, found out you need to run this command to fix the problem:

setsebool -P httpd_can_network_connect on

funnny i came here looking for the same information however i still have no idea how or where to input and execute that command.. Myserver crashed last week and i have yet to figure out how to restart elasticsearch.. the tutorial on this site is not for beginners..

is an SSH command if I am not mistaken...
