Need help importing vbulettin forum to xenforo, can someone check mysql config?

I posted a thread in the "installation support" forumand was advised by XenForo support that they dont assist with sql configurations and they advise I post here.

Here is a link to my thread: https://xenforo.com/community/threa...ort-seems-to-stall-on-step-14-threads.219908/

The problem I am having is the import seems to slow to an absolute crawl on Step 14: Threads. I am wondering if my sql config is not accurate. When I say slow to a crawl, it's processing 1 thread every 35 seconds (lol I timed it to be sure). The forum I am importing has 7 million posts, 60,000 members, 455,000 topics.

I have a Xeon E5-2630 v4 CPU with 8 cores assigned, and 32GB of RAM and SSD's for storage. I am running php version 8.2.16 and mysql version 8.0.24.

Any help would be appreciated.
