Fixed [Mobile device] Inconsistent register of taps on bookmarks in thread view

2.1.x / Android Oreo / Samsung Note 9

It is taking me 5-10 or even more taps to register a click on this icon on my mobile device (Android Oreo, Note 9). Apparently, the bookmark icon itself is so small that it misses my taps altogether. Clicking it with S-pen is more consistent.

Suggestion: Adding a "Add Bookmark" text may help resolve this issue. At the same time, the share icon, on the left-side of it, is pretty consistent in registering my taps.

For comparison here is the Instagram Bookmark icon size... I tapped it successfully 10 out of 10 times...

We have made some changes here (not rolled out as of this message) which should increase the touch target size. (Any further change would probably involve putting this sort of information in a menu.)
