Using one INDENT code over several lines. Switch from wysiwyg to bb and back to wysiwyg.

In the RTE, all block-level tags are representing on a pre-block basis. We have some code that tries to combine the tags across line breaks after they've been converted to BB code. I needed to do research to check why we don't do this with indent tags, but as it turns out, it is intentional because we had a bug that was sort of related to this (as the code do do combining may not work correctly in all scenarios with the indent tags).

So overall, this is expected.
