Fixed data-xf-init="toggle-storage" broken?

It looks like with the 2.1 updates the toggle-storage isn't working anymore. I noticed when our toggle options in our styles stopped working, but I checked the ACP in the style properties and they don't appear to be saving the collapse state either.

Yep, that seems broken.
