Changing the Style Looking to hire help

Hi,
I installed Xenforo and have added categories/forums, etc... But there are many things I would like to do such as Add my logo, change the colors, make titles bigger, make it look more like ign.com/boards as far as feel goes. Is there a simple list of contractors here somewhere that I can get to without individually looking at each profile.
