XF 1.2 Cannot register after upgrade

Just upgraded and things seem to be working fine.
No server errors.

I am allowing new registrations, but when I try to register a new account it says:

Please correct the following errors:

1. Something went wrong. Please try again or contact the administrator.

I also noticed that no other users have registered.

Can anyone tell me where such errors are logged and where to fix?

The errors will be logged in Admin CP > Tools > Server Error Log

First place I looked - no errors there.

That has to do with the reg key. Maybe outdated register_form template.
