Not a bug Bookmark permissions do not disable Bookmarks

I have set the following for the Registered user group:



Yet I still see the following:



I would think if there's no permission the create a bookmark, then it would be best to not have a Bookmarks link in the Your account tab.

It isn't in your screenshot (as it should be above create), which I'm a little confused about, but there is a "View own bookmarks" permission. That is what controls this.

I can only guess that permission has been removed somehow, perhaps due to an add-on conflict? Rebuilding the master data should restore it.
