I'm getting this error after Beta5 installation.

The latest version is Beta 6 and this should be used instead.

Preumably you edited that file to get Beta 5 installed (because there was a bug in the install data).

As you edited the file, this is expected. It's warning you in case the file contents changed without your knowledge.
