I've been asked by a few people when will this will continue.....
It's not.
.... At least not for the time being and I don't know if or when it will.
TinyMCE (the default editor) is really built into XenForo and hard coded in so many level. I kind of wish some forum development in the future would not try to rebuild an editor and just build the forum around an editor. But sadly that has not yet happened anywhere.
cclaerhout has done the next best thing and has further developed and updated TinyMCE

With these combine add-ons, we're almost able to achieve all the default buttons and settings for the stock version of TinyMCE as seen here

Not exactly there yet, but almost. And overall that was my desired goal (to have a full editor). I'm hoping that development will continue and it will be achievable in the future.

Seemingly would require a lot more work. And I would assume exceeds our budget to develop... Not to add it would be costly to maintain with every update. So even a group fund would run short over time. This would be a very costly open source project.
