Lack of interest AdminCP ( Banned IPs) - Date Added alt text?

Would it be possible to add some alt text or something so that when you hover over a banned IP in the AdminCP ban list, that you can see the date which that IP was added to the list?

This would help to know at a glance which IPs can be cleaned up/removed if they've been there for months/years and are likely no longer useful.
