Was Photobucket embedding mentioned in this thread yet? If not, here's a sample code for a video:

Width and height may be a problem, as different videos have different aspect ratios (4:3, 16:9, etc.).

I am wondering, too, if this could embed a Photobucket photo album viewer on a page. Some forum users might find that helpful.

EQnoble, Traileraddict videos are not working anymore unfortunately I'm using an earlier version you posted here. Can anybody confirm if the latest version is working ?

can you post the link from eirlier in the thread..., not that I cant look it up and find it and normally I would but I am doing a couple of things ATM, this will just make it faster.

I tested what I have now and it works so just let me know the link so I can see if it is different.

ok and when you say it is not working...is it not catching the match url, or is it doing that but the embed is broken..?

Ok, I updated the Match URLs and Embed HTML and tried this movie:

please test as many users as you can... by changing the ?tweeter= to a twitter user name you know exists. http://xenxero.com/twitter/?tweeter={AnyTwitterUserID}


It is not a bbcode yet because this is how I build the more complex bbcodes, as standalone pages. Once I am sure the display is correct under all circumstances that I can think to check which at this point I can't think of any more which is why I would ask for people to find errors in it and report them along with the browser/version. no real point in me sharing the code unless I know it works on the major browsers
