You've clearly never run a business. You just can't treat people like that, especially long-term repeat clients. Yes it's the customer's responsibility. Yes the invoice should have been paid on time. But you have to make exceptions. We're not talking weeks or months here. This is TWO DAYS.

Actually I do. Running the same business and I am making exceptions. I just don't think it's right to complain on forums for something that's your responsibility. If the customer values his business/site he would have made all the arrangements. I know because I value my business and websites and act accordingly.

I've been in this situation before, OVH gave me a 7 day extension when I asked for 3. OneProvider has also done the same.
