[cXF] Thread Information Blocks 1.2.1

• bugfix: changed the condition to show the right thread starter even in the normal discussion node type if there is more than one thread page (i.e., not just in the question node type)

• added new phrase for Prefix (check add-on phrases)
• prefix field now shows also if there is no prefix with an option to edit the thread (if the user has permission)
• added thread status field
• added custom thread fields
• added thread title
• added three useful icon buttons for Profile info (visible to all), Account details (visible to thread starter and staff) and Moderator menu (visible only to staff)

• NEW: in question type nodes the unsolved/solved field is displayed (check the screenshots below)
• NEW: option to remove the thread description under the thread title
