Yes, I'm aware of that(read the last section of my post). My suggestion is that it can be fixed by allowing admins to set what types of attachments a membergroup has access to view.

This! Definitely. Paired with the ability to send a closed message. Admins(perhaps even other moderators?) should be able to see who gave the warning with appropriate permissions.

I did not even know I should be looking in the navbar for controls when in a specific forum. No other forum software does this. That's not neccessarily bad though.. It's just that it's a habit that hasn't been changed for so long so it's only natural people will be confused at first. Well...

If you can find alternate solutions to all the features that XenForo doesn't have, XenForo doesn't need to be developed anymore(with the exception of security updates of course), it already got all the features you need from a forum package. vBulletin.. oh boy. They're no match for XenForo. The only real competitor XF has is IPB which has a ton more features but was lacking in the UI. Their new 3.2 seems to be incorporating a lot of things that I like - graphics-wise - from XF so they're definitely a real threat to XF.

The difference is that the announcement forum doesn't really fit the bills for updates like "Just finished the mockup coding of feature X and it integrates very well! Now gonna get a coffee to relax.", do you think so? :P That's the kind of updates I'm talking about.

That's a shame, hopefully the lawsuits will be dropped/won soon so that they can focus all their attention on XenForo and not having to bother with those nagging lawsuits. How long time do you think that will go on? The lawsuits I mean.
