Well tried reposting that URL and issue came back. Did more research and it looks like it is a UTF8 vs UTF8MB4 issue. So I ran php cmd.php xf:convert-utf8mb4 And it found and converted 84 tables, and links seem to be working again. Hopefully thats the end of it now.

I got it! Wasn't an issue with aws or this plugin or anything, turns out that Cpanel didn't import the database correctly even though it said it did. I did a manual dump and import and things are working fine now. Looks like I will be moving the site for real tomorrow night. :D...

I am going to do that tomorrow I think, the new server is running MySQL 8 and the old server is running MariaDB, that is the only difference between the two that I can think of.
