Well tried reposting that URL and issue came back.
Did more research and it looks like it is a UTF8 vs UTF8MB4 issue.
So I ran php cmd.php xf:convert-utf8mb4
And it found and converted 84 tables, and links seem to be working again.
Hopefully thats the end of it now.
We moved on to a new server last week and have had no issues since the move until today.
Now we are having a wave of errors showing up and not sure what it means.
XF\Db\Exception: MySQL query error [1366]: Incorrect string value: '\xF0\x9F\x91\x87 ...' for column...
This may be a dumb question, but I can't find what I am looking for.
A few years ago I was able to turn something on and the footer of my forum would dispplay the PHP / Page Generation time. If I remember correctly it also showed the number of database querys each page made as well.
I can't...
I got it!
Wasn't an issue with aws or this plugin or anything, turns out that Cpanel didn't import the database correctly even though it said it did.
I did a manual dump and import and things are working fine now. Looks like I will be moving the site for real tomorrow night. :D...
Brian thanks for your help so far. I need to run as something blew up here at the office that requires me attention.
I do hope I can figure this out. :)
And looking into /src/addons the files from the addon are there.

I contacted the a who originally set this up for me for help. Unfortunately he is on vacation until the 16th. (Probably a very well deserved vacation!)
Here s from my config.php

Again I am transferring over my site to a brand new server. Same OS (AlmaLinux 8) same PHP (Php 8.2) Same MariaDB software and version (I think its 4.6) but a lot more powerful servers with 16 core CPU instead or 8, and a larger NVME hard drive. :D
Maybe I installed the...
Unfortunately they don't let you do that anymore.
I have been in talks with Cpanel support and am told that I need to reimage and install Cpanel with MariaDB then...
I am going to do that tomorrow I think, the new server is running MySQL 8 and the old server is running MariaDB, that is the only difference between the two that I can think of.
Yeah, I have moved a number of them over the. years and never. had issues like this.
I just need to find someone trustworthy who can take a look and see where I screwed up.
My host recently sent me an email about specials they were. having. In looking at their specials I saw that I could upgrade from what I have now (10 CPU Cores, 48 GB of ram, and 300 GB NVME) to a server with 16 CPU Cores, 64 GB of RAM and 500 GB of NVME drive space for a few buck less then...
