    Not too bad. Been very ill the end of last year and beginning of this year then had to have surgery on my busted knee in April but pretty much ok now again which is good. Just fed up with being effectively one armed now and it's only been 2 weeks. My cast doesn't come off till the last week of September so it will be driving me crazy my then!

    I actually feel fine and am just taking it easy these days.

    Well... I felt fine till I went back to sleep just now and a certain someone I hate from a certain place I used to work turned up in my dream (shudder)

    falling and breaking my arm really sucks, especially with a huge heavy cast in summer :( feeling sorry for myself right now

    I fell and landed on a portable TV on my bedroom floor. Broke 2 bones in my wrist and 1 of my arm bones. Stuck in a cast that goes from my hand right up nearly to my armpit :( Luckily it wasnt a bad enough break to need surgery, but stuck in this cast till the end of september which sucks. The only thing I'm glad about is that it is my left arm and I'm right handed

    Wow didn't know Darren was planning to move too. Now you mention it I do remember Mike saying about maybe moving to Glasgow. Still there's you, Boxy, Ash and Pat that are still local? I could do with a good laugh and a good night out - not really had one since last time I was down there apart from family parties.
