Again you could be wrong, this is a case in the UK which I believe we don't know anything about...

Even if XF didn't prevail in all the court stuff, that would be like saying Android was not going on because Samsung lost a round.

On the biz end, I really am surprised that no decent-sized investor group has come forward to partner with XF and provide the capital and other needs to easily make it through. It would seem a given that alliances would be formed - the product has a LOT of potential and is already proven. Heck, I'd invest!

WE NEED ANGEL CAPITAL INVESTOR (the capital investor that started google during the garage days)
heheh tuning to bloomberg tv lately ...

i guess this capitalist investors like angel lets the authors developers do their job
ill give you money, do your job you think is best.


Thats what mike and kier needs, besides thats the reason why they leave VB because
IB is making a mess with how the forum should work.

Who's to say they are worried about vbulletin slating more code of theirs or ideas?

Who's to say the new case is about code which we don't know about coming out in 1.2 which xenforo lawyers say don't release it yet due to vbulletin.
 
Just a minor thing , it is not only Kier , Mike and Ashley who are in the law case. I can only speak for myself but law case doesn't stop me doing my regular jobs. I have responsibility to the company i work for and i have to follow that. That's why don't put every blame on the law suite. I think there are other issues which i hope will be resolved.

Not to discount the lawsuit you're facing in anyway Mert, I think one factor that differs is who Kier, Mike, Ashley and yourself is time. It is my understanding they have not only faced one civil suit against them, but two civil suits from two different parts of the world for close to two years (October 4 will be the second anniversary of this wonderful announcement).

Two years of civil litigation from two different lawsuits takes its toll.

Have you been properly served and does the court have personal jurisdiction over you?

We are all facing similar charges my friend and trust me i know more facts regarding the law suit compared to you.

Fair enough....my question was essentially to figure out how much "skin in the game" you have at this point.

In any event, I think the entirety of the suit is garbage and I hope all goes well for you.
