Shouldn't be, the AUN addon just passes by in Templater unless a specific addon template is requested. No idea what would be the culprit there tho..

You can probably put minimum use count higher, I'm guessing your forums is so old and established that you will have quite many potential to go throguh before reaching the "uncommon ones" that would only have been used 3 times total.. But start with getting the php worker limit increased 😊👌
