Fixed Title as link at the bottom of RSS feed?

If the post is longer than the description limit then the RSS feed gets another link with the title at the bottom.

It should write Read more or something similar.

For test:

Admin control panel -> Settings -> Options -> Threads, discussions and conversations -> Discussion content RSS snippet length

to a value lower than the post characters will result in showing the thread title below the content in the RSS feed.

It's worth noting that this specific behavior/approach does seem to go back to at least 1.2 (when the first post content was added to the RSS feed).

Understand, but I never really used the RSS feeds in the way I do now. It seems logical to me to have for instance Read more... button if there is more to read.
