Xen Notices [Deleted]

2 questions (1.2 Beta 4)
1. Is the WYSIWYG disabled this time? (version 1.6.2) I can see only the HTML editor

2. Small bug with RTL; when you choose to display the notification on the left it shows that on the right.

1) This is expected because the previous editor was TinyMCE but functioning in its default form - a HTML based editor rather than BB code. There's no TinyMCEdefault files so it won't work. You could copy the TinyMCE files over from XF 1.1.x to get it working again.

Notifications 1.7 will address this with something quite new...

2) This is to be expected right now but I should be able to fix it. For now you'll just have to work on opposites :p

Just a quick question. Will 1.7 be such a major change it will drastically break custom designed notifications? Thought I'd ask and prepare if this is the case. :)

Copying the TinyMCE files over from 1.1.x makes TinyMCE display and function again, but you can't save any of your edits. Have had to disable it and edit the HTML manually to get it working in 1.2 Beta 5

Hello,

I am running xF 1.2 and I seem to be having a problem.

Time to hide notification when close is clicked (days): 5

However, once the noticed is closed, it will display upon logging in again, not wait 5 days to display again.

Is there something I am doing wrong?

Thanks.

Hi Chris,

Is this add-on responsive ready? The notification box is really big in responsive, so I'm just wondering.

Thanks.

This is expected. All XenForo cookies are cleared when you log out.

Don't think much can be done in this regard without completely breaking the structure of the notification.

You could use media queries to not show them at all easily enough.
