XF 2.2 "No Upgrade available" message when visiting forum home

I successfully upgraded from Vbulletin 4 to Xenforo today.
Installed tapatalk, dbseo redirects. Finally I installed Gallery and ran the photopost importer

I was able to visit my forum, and things looked good., but after finishing up, when I go to my forum, I see the following:

"Your upgrade to 2.2.13 has completed successfully!"

Sounds good.

I then go back to my forum, and I see this:

No upgrade available
You are already running the current version (2.2.13). To do a fresh install, click here.

src/config.php appears to be correct
I also see the file internal_data/install-lock.php

I've upgrade and downgraded from php 7.4 to 8.2 with no change.

It gives me the option to rebuild master data, but that does not seem to help.

Any ideas?

I have just upgraded from Vbulletin to the latest version of Xenforo

When going to myforum.com/forum, I am redirected to myforum.com/forum/install/index.php?upgrade/

The good news is that this only seems to affect my admin account. Guests are able to see my forum normally.

I'm looking to break my admin account free from the installer process. It feels like things didn't finish upgrading.

I can manually enter a thread url and visit that thread.
Only when going to the main page of my forum do I get redirected to the upgrade process.

as I mentioned before, this only seems to affect my admin account.

Well, we can close this one out. It appears to be on my side.

Firefox is desperate to redirect me to the upgrade system (broken)
But trying this in Chrome allows me to login and view the forum normally.

Clear your firefox cache. However, Firefox is having a lot of website issues lately. I used to love firefox but have moved to chrome.
