XF 2.1 Moderate new threads from certain usergroup?

Is it possible to moderate new threads from a certain usergroup, but not other usergroups?

I see we can moderate threads per node, but I'd like to moderate them per node & usergroup, or just per usergroup.

1. AdminCP >> Groups & permissions >> User group permissions >> {select usergroup}
   • Submit content without approval = No
2. AdminCP >> Forums >> Nodes >> {Select Node}
   Under Navigation section, check one or both of these:
   • Moderate new threads posted in this forum
     If enabled, a moderator will have to manually approve threads posted in this forum.
     
     
   • Moderate replies posted in this forum
     If enabled, a moderator will have to manually approve replies posted to threads in this forum.
