XF 2.2 Is it possible to filter RSS feed for a specific topic?

Hi Guys!

Is it possible to filter RSS based on specific topics.
For example if my forum is about cooking, and I want to import RSS from CNN, can I filter it so that only the articles get imported and shown that's about cooking?
(it's just an example).

Thanks you, tried it but at first glance it seems that it doesn't filter properly.

No, but you can place all topics about cooking in specific forum, and fetch RSS for him.
Also search forums supports RSS too, so you can just create "invisible" search forum node and fetch RSS.

What do you mean by "and fetch RSS for him."... And " fetch RSS"?


Also Im new to Xenforo so not really see the reason of search forum... Or what does it exactly do (in my case).
