It's appears to be related to that.

You should remove any files that came with the addon. If you still get the error after that you would need to ask in the discussion thread for the addon.

Look in the zip file of the addon for the list of files can be deleted.

Some addons can share the same file.
If you are not sure wether you should be removing them or not, ask the developer of the addon.
