Fixed Trying to open Quick Nav Menu causes script error in IE when forum is closed

No big deal but when the forum is closed, IE throws an error when trying to open the quick nav menu.

Chrome and Firefox just sit there trying to load the overlay, which of course won't load as the forum is closed.
