Sorry, I had made an error. I meant to say manual insertion did not work inside of message_user_info template.

If I choose a non-manual method, it displays just fine.

All profile stuff also works just fine, it's just the manual insertion into the message_user_info template that doesn't seem to display. Maybe I'm putting it in the wrong place? Could you give me an example of a position that mimics one of the non-manual selections to test?
