Lack of interest Banned Users List Admin Improvements XF2.0

Currently, the banned user list in admin does not link to the user profile, posts, or anything on the front end to investigate what happened to the user.

Suggestions:

• Link the username to the user profile members/$user
• Keep the ban reason text linking to admin.php?banning/users/$user as it does now.
• Add a column to show who the user was banned by. (Yes, I am aware you can click on the ban reason to see this... )
• Add a column to show ban started date.

Bonus points:

• Make these columns sortable.

This would greatly improve usability of this page in my opinion.
