New Functionality: Nested Set Model for Categories & Category Enhancements
Completely rewrote the entire categories system to use the "Nested Set Model" vs the "Adjacency List Model". You can now set whether a category can have new events created in it or not. This allows for better hierarchical control of events. You can now also set which User Groups are allowed to create events for each specific category giving you finer create permissions control. I also added in the ability to set a thread prefix for the auto created discussion threads. The light weight comments system can be enabled/Disabled per category.

New Functionality: Event/Wager sorting & filtering.
You can now sort & filter events and wagers throughout various pages in Sportsbook. For example, you can now quickly filter for OPEN events and sort by last Odds update or on My Wagers, filter for WINS and sort by Amount Paid Out.

New Functionality: Discussion Thread integration
You can now set a discussion forum per category in which threads for new events will be created. This integration is similar to how the thread association is done with the Xenforo Resource Manager (tab back and forth).

New Functionality: Content and Achievements Criteria
1.1.0 introduces 7 Sportsbook related Content and Achievements criteria for creating Trophies, User Upgrades and Notices. These criteria can be used alone or intermixed with other criteria.
