Forum Moderators 3.1

Forum Moderators v2.2 changes:

In situations where there are no moderators for a specific forum and Option 3 has been selected, the overlay now appropriately shows there are no moderators for that forum.

Forum Moderators v2.1 changes:

1) Fix issue when only Link2 is required.
2) Fix other obscure issue when zero posts have been made.

Forum Moderators v2.0 changes:

1) Added option to show "Moderators" link in forum list.
2) Changed some phrases.

Forum Moderators v1.9 improvements:

1) Moderator links and overlay now shows moderators even though the moderator might be in invisible mode.

2) Moderators in invisible mode have their last activity not shown.

When viewing forum moderators overlay, the list is now sorted by user name.

Fixed tool tip for last activity in overlay.

Fixed usergroup styling for moderator list.

This only effected those forums which use the CSS to style usergroups.

Removed trailing comma from forum modertors list.

In rare situations when a forum with zero threads is changed to a category, the XenForo software is not able to do this, yet the bread_crumb data is emptied for that node. In this situation Forum Moderators v1.3 produces an error. This version of Forum Moderators v1.4 corrects this problem.

Added option to exclude moderators.
