It happened once we updated to PHP 7.4, and it had deactivated/uninstalled the extension "mbstring" Once we had that re-installed it fixed itself! Just in case anyone might have the same issue.

I want them rectangular, at 125x200px with the 200 being the the height. Not a square.

I'm trying to allow my users to use rectangular avatars (125x200) but so far I've been unable to find styling, and code to allow this, or at the very least disable the avatar cropper from running. Does anyone here have any ideas on how to achieve the desired result?
