As you can see in my screenshot below, all I see in the moderator bar is Reports. I'm a super moderator/administrator with all permissions and also in the moderator user group. Am I missing something here?

By default, the Quick Reply editor buttons are at 0.5 opacity (http://d.pr/i/StMv). As expected, when I focus on the textarea, the opacity increases. I'm not sure if this is a bug or a suggestion, but I'd like to see the opacity return to 0.5 on unfocus.
