dont mind my post - I just found in admin cp a flag to allow pwa push notifactions at all. now its working as it should

So i updated to 2.2.13 and put the page via Safari -> share -> Home Screen to my home screen. But I cant find any setting in my user preferences / dont get any prompt to enable push notifications Where can I find this setting?

When I "create" a link via the share button in the amazon app, I've get a URL like: https://amzn.to/3XNctZf This isnt converted with your add-on as "real" amazon links are. Any possibility to include this shortend version as well?
