I didn't find it - but I had to ADD a new "reply" phrase... So somehow the phrase was missing... After I added it back, the reply button/link is now capitalized...

To note, multi-quoting was introduced as a core feature in vBulletin version 3.6, which was first released as a beta in mid-2006. The option to switch between linear (traditional forum layout) and threaded/hybrid views was a standard feature in the admin control panel for versions 3.x and 4.x...

It would make the most sense to have something that can be switched back and forth like vB setup - but I'm not sure if that's possible with multi quoting. It's been so long since I've used vB that I don't remember if they even HAD multi quoting as a feature.
