Hi Andy, just installed it and get the error below. There's no option for filepath in the Attachments page of the ACP. Am I getting this error because I'm on XF Cloud maybe?

At the risk of stating the obvious, the Invision functions that aren't supported by XF won't be ported over, or perhaps a cut down version of them at best. They must be prepared for that. XF does provide better forum functionality though. I've not found anything that can beat it, in fact.

The counterargument to that is that it wouldn't get like this if they just communicated something in the first place, like they'd promised. If they did so now, I think it would help a lot. I've been wondering why they haven't, but props to them for allowing people to voice their concerns, at least.

This. ^^ It's quite disrespectful, isn't it? It's only natural for people to start speculating negatively when this happens, especially when it happens over and over and against promises to keep us updated. Come on XF, let us know what's happening.

@Alvin63 Are you up for recreating a local copy of your forum to test 2.3.7 on? That would be the safest way to try it out.

On my XF Cloud, I don't have this problem and I'm on 2.3.7. However, they've probably installed it in the background.

Sorry you're having trouble with your cloud hosting and trust that XF will fix it soon. I've been on cloud for a few years now, with only very minor problems and it continues to be rock solid overall, so I continue to have confidence in the product. That we don't see many reports like this...
