Well, based on all this good feedback, I upgraded it and this is what happened: I am most disappoint.

I'd just like to confirm that no one's any significant problems upgrading to this? I'm on Cloud, so I'm doing the usual prudent thing of waiting a bit before upgrading, but I'd like to do so soon rather than later, if possible.

I'm Cloud and there's an option there for Cloudflare, so it must support it without any access to files on the server. I'm guessing that self hosted customers will be able to customise it more though.

Agreed, it's a motivational killer and is why I've made my comments on this, but don't go on about it constantly. They must have developed a thick skin by now. The criticisms are valid though and comms really, really should improve. That would be true if self hosted was all they had, but XF...

I suspect that most of those bugs, especially pre 2.3, have been fixed one way or another. But yeah, they should be addressed in that section, not just forgotten about like that. Another consequence of that lack of communication with their paying customers.
