Correct. They have created a decentralized web or as they called it a "world computer network" that can run programs without the need of a central server. Since introducing AI to ICP, the Crypto price has shot up from $10 to over $20 in one week.

the XenForo that we are using currently right now.. is this total stock (meaning default if we purchase as is or are there mods being used. I was interested back in 2014 and I noticed the design has changed (improved) . Looks great. Thanks.
