Thanks! That did it! I had to use Chrome though because it didn't work on Safari.

I am logged in as a user but if I were to log out I wouldn't be able to log back in because I don't have my password.

To login as admin I need to know what that password is. In order to reset my password I need to enter my existing password which is the one I don't know. How can I proceed?

That link takes me to the main public forum page. If I click Admin I get the usual login screen. I don't see anywhere to reset my admin password. What am I missing?

I think I inadvertently changed my admin password and now I can't login as admin. I am logged in at http://vmug.bc.ca/vmugforum/index.php. How do I fix this admin login issue? I am not sure of the forum version I selected.

I clicked the Download and Install button and got a message "Safari can't find that page". I tried again and it seemed to be working but after a few minutes the "Safari can't open that page" message appeared again. Now when I try to go to the forum it says it is upgrading "please come back...

My forum is getting a lot of spam membership requests from mozillamail.com. How can I block requests from this domain?

We are migrating our website to a different server and also need to move our forum to the new server. Can I simply copy the forum folder from the current server to the new server? The path to the forum folder will be the same on the new server as it is on the current server (vmug.bc.ca/vmugforum)

Thanks. I was able to login with a backup verification code but I don't know how to disable 2FA. I'm assuming this can be done on the Admin side but I can't find where to do this. I found this page http://vmug.bc.ca/vmugforum/admin.php?two-step/ but there doesn't appear to be a place to turn 2FA...

I just got a new phone and now Authy says I don't have any accounts. I need to recreate my account but I don't know how to access the required QR code for my XenForo account? Any help would be appreciated.
