As of now the implementation hasn't been decided. It might be something that would have to be configured manually (Though documentation would be provided so this could be accomplished easily, without much knowledge of HTML). Most likely CTA though.

Nothing, just wanted to switch it up a bit. :) In fact you'd likely get a speed increase by turning it off.

Currently Iconic is used in the theme to overwrite most Font Awesome icons. You can turn off Iconic in the Rekt properties for now to correct the issue but we'll get a better solution for that in the future.
