I added a user name to the BLOCK user from being edited and it would not work. I was still allowed to edit the user with a moderator account.

I've just tested all options and works well,
My test results as below,



Also test accounts (XDinc - Devx) have same permissions (both of them Admin)



As you see edit to any content posted by Devx is not possible.
Perhaps it might be helpful to control the options.

Q: You mean ask compatibility with resource manager or Third-party add-ons?
A: No.

But It works with allowed thread types and posts.
