Is there a working demo of this style? The one posted doesn't work for me.

I setup a quick Xenforo Development installation just for demonstration purpose! I'll configure a few categories and post to show as soon as I can for a better demo, but you can see it here: http://glaudston.com/dev/

How about rss and other icons?
What do you think about Flat headings? your tabs and navigation bar are flat but headings are not, I feel them 3D.
