Hi @Chris D is it possible that user that purchased a product buy an optional extra for that product later? How did it work?

A license holder paid for renewal and the payment came in to Paypal, but the update of the license failed.
How do I renew it for him?
I tried adding the renewal to the cart via his profile page.
But then I can only pay for the cart. I can't convert it.

Check the renewal price with what paypal says they paid.

You need to grant yourself more permissions to get the "convert cart" permission.

Already granted to admin, yet I still can't see the option.

I can't totally recall how it worked in XF1 or if there was a specific reason why you can't convert renewals to a cart.

But you can just go to the license, click "Update license" and change the expiry date. I'd just recommend that for now. The toolset for managing purchases and customers is a lot clearer in version 2.0.

I'm getting frequent instances of Paypal payments going through, but the product manager not being notified of the successful payment.
Also selecting outstanding carts (which failed) and trying to convert them so the user gets the licenses does nothing. Saved changes message, but the outstanding cart remains.
Running the latest version and I have permission to convert.
