Design issue Wrong position tooltip on ACP

As title. When you resize your browser to smaller, you will got it.

That would be by design issue. This happens on almost every Overlay or Tooltips. For example if you click on your Member card on full sized window and then resize again to smaller version then you get the same result as the screenshot you've attached.

Indeed.

Using the member card example, if you opened it before re-sizing the browser window just close and reopen it and it will appear correctly.

The system does some calculations relating to offsets when the page is loaded, so this is roughly as expected/a design issue.
