WordPress Plugin: XenForo API Consumer [Deleted]

Guess I'll wait for the update - or you can give me beta download rights @ your website and I'll test tonight for you and post results / logs etc - I'm "Kurt" on your website.
Two way user sync is now possible with version 1.1.0 of this plugin :)

Thanks. Installed.

I don't think this is what I need but to be sure it's not a case of some customisation...

On attempted wordpress login, the standard login box isn't XenForo and instead, a small link below the typical login encourages users to 'Login via XenForo' (95% of my forum membership won't know what XenForo is...)

If the user ignores the standard login an clicks the 'Login via XenForo' beneath, the user is then directed to the forum to authenticate the request/connection.

If both the above is necessary, I wouldn't consider it seamless. I'd expect users to click 'Login' on my wordpress site an the standard username and password entered to be their XenForo login, an for the user to be immediately logged in. Otherwise, I'd just stick a 'Login' link on the front end an direct straight to the login page on the forum...
With v1.1.0 of the plugin, you can now accept XenForo login credentials in WordPress login form (no more "Login via XenForo" link). For existing WordPress accounts, you can also enable option "Create XenForo account for WordPress user" to enable them access to the new forum section of the site. Two way user sync is not complete :D

If we do an import from one synced WordPress into another synced WordPress, accounts get merged and so forth, will that break anything?

How do you import? Built-in importer will not take XenForo authentication data over and may cause issue because user doesn't have password and will not be able to associate manually later.

We'd use the WordPress importer. Goal: import site > network.

What's the best course of action, in your opinion? Could we bridge only the network (not the site) now, then import the site data later?

If you perform the import now with not many connected users, it should be fine. You just need to connect the accounts again (manageable with not many users). Remember to switch to network activation mode ;)

You mean the import needs to run prior to bridging the network?

Gotcha. Sorry, I know all the questions get annoying eventually. What if we use this plan.

1. Link XenForo to network (not the individual site)
2. Import site to network (which maps authors)
3. Re-establish any author connections that were broken

Would that work?

Sounds good.

Sorry for the questions -

How many wordpress tags can I map to XF nodes? Based on your screen shot it looks like only 2.
I need 32 (more would be great) -

Hi, unfortunately there is something causing a lot of trouble on our server when this plugin is activated. I'm not sure what is causing it but when I activate it, the php5 process becomes irresponsive.

I'm not sure if this is caused by the web server (nginx with php5-fpm) or any other plugin on my wordprerss. Does anyone is using this with nginx?

The errors reported on my log are:

The url in your log looks strange. They are not from WordPress/XenForo I think. If the site is slow, try disable widget to see if it improves (that's the only thing may slow down server). I run mysite with nginx without issue.

What WP widgets are included? How easy is it to modify them? What all can we do with them?
Some screenshots?
Threads widget is included. Very easy, I took a screenshot for you.

There are 4 modes: new threads, new replies, most viewed, most replied.

The Wordpress and Xenforo can be in different domains? e.g. domainA.com/wordpress and domainB.com/forum
