XF 2.3 Video Thumbnails are blank

Ever since migrated to cloudflare r2 bucket my video thumbnails don't load. They are just blank. I tried to empty cache and rebuild thumbnails but no luck. Any solution to this?

And its only on web browser they don't work it seems like.

The video thumbnails require ffmpeg installed on the host. I wonder if that process doesn't work if you are using R2 or off-site storage? The Xenforo developers need to chime in here I think. I don't use the r2 storage so unfortunately I can't help you.
