XF 1.1 Usergroup Promotions

Is there any way to apply a promotion on the basis of date + messages.

For example only apply this promotion to users who have made 60 posts in the last 90 days?

Oh right. are there any plans to add to usergroup criteria and allow us to select multiple criteria? That would do it.
